Well, since we are a family business and not a big conglamorate like Wal-Mart, we can control every aspect of what we do easily. Therefore, we prepare all of our nuts & snacks to order to insure freshness.
To return or exchange a product, email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, carefully pack the product in original packaging, insure, and ship via ground prepaid to the address below. The RMA number should be clearly written on the outside of the box. Shipping charges in either direction are not refundable unless the error is on The Peanut King's part.
Under no circumstances will products be received freight collect. No products will be accepted without an RMA number. Returns or exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise. No returns are allowed on any custom orders, including custom colors or modifications of any kind. Returns will be accepted only if the returned products are unused in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received. Returned products not meeting these conditions are subject to refusal or a 30% restocking fee. Refunds are made within 30 days of returned merchandise. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from the date of receipt. No Cash refunds, exchange only or an in house credit Only.
No orders are shipped on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. All shipping is via UPS. Orders must be placed before 3:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) to be shipped same day. Once you have submitted your order and your card has been charged, if you change your shipping method there is a $10.00 service charge for changing the method of delivery or delivery destination. No refunds on any and all shipping charges or service charges. For our portable sinks, shipping will be a flat fee of $125.00 anywhere in the Continental U.S.A. Outside Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico, etc., extra fees will apply. Except models PK-104, PK-105, PK-108, PK-109 will be a flat fee of $175.00
INSPECT Your Delivered Package
It is your responsibility to inspect your Package. You must check for damage and you must check that you are receiving the exact item you ordered.
When you sign the Bill of Lading, Hand Held Computer it is a legal document, you are accepting the Item is in good condition (You can make the delivery person wait if need be to check for damaged package) and you have received what you ordered.
DO NOT ASSUME - CHECK !!! Your Package
If it is damaged, refuse it. If you accept it, its yours!
